How CTS Export Trucks operates:

INQUIRY - The customer inquires about the truck that they are interested in buying, including a brief desription of the brand, type, age, engine preference etc.

LOCATE - If we do not have the exact truck in our inventory, we will locate the unit from one of our many sources within our network of truck fleet owners.

QUOTE - Once we have located your truck(s), you will receive a quote from us, including the FOB USA price of the units, inland transport to shipping port, shipping/customs documentation costs and ocean freight charges to your destination.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - The preferred method of payment is payment in full by wire transfer prior to shipment. If you would like to partially finance the transaction, we can offer you to pay for only the actual price of the truck. We will then finance the costs for inland transport to shipping port, all documentation costs and ocean freight charges. The remaining balance for these costs are due prior to the vessel's arrival at the port of destination and prior to the truck being released to you. Finances charges will apply.

SHIPPING - We work with some of the most prominent inland truck positioning companies, freight forwarders and shipping lines on a day-to-day basis. We will handle all required shipping documentation, including customs compliance and will keep you fully informed until the truck(s) have been released to you at port of destination.
